Martial Arts Profesional of the Year 2010

I have just returned from Sydney where i was awarded the Australan Martial Arts Professional of the Year for 2010 at the Supershow. It was a great honor to recieve the award and it nice to have your hard work and perserverance rewarded occaionally.

While at the Supershow i was lucky enough to meet Bill "Superfoot" Wallace and Master Ricardo Liborio from American Top Team.

I spent a few days training with Master Liborio ganing my Level 1 certification with Ameican Top Team.

And i will have the great opportunity to host Bill " Superfoot" Wallace this Sunday when he comes to Red Dragon for the morning to train.

My life is very hectic at the moment but also very rewarding.

Life is truly geat for me right now :)

Richard Norton

A big thanks to Richard Norton for dropping by the other night to run the BJJ and MMA classes. He just happened to be in the area doing some stunt driving and was kind enough to come by and show the guys some of his great skills.
After over 3 hours of fun everyone was much better for the experience of training with one of Australia's greatest Martial Artists.

Can't wait until he returns later in the year.
